Today, we take a trip to several training sites to see what our money is buying and the impact of a good and/or bad contract. The location dictates why we call it the "Dust Bowl". I'll leave your imagination to fill in the blanks.
After we get back, we have a few more contracts to review, negotiate and award. Followed by a few modifications to existing contracts.
